Below are individual folders containing over 70 case studies that outline how North East England tourism businesses have already benefited from the Toolkit's tourism advice, training and initiatives.
Some of the case studies are downloadable and some are live video links.
To access, simply click on the topic folders below (the Business Support folder is divided into sub-section folders) and you will immediately see the case studies available to download or view for each specific topic.
NB: the video case studies are viewable through YouTube. Once you click on a YouTube film, all case studies within that topic will appear at the bottom of the film screen for you to scroll through.
